You guys.
Yesterday I ran at a pace that was under nine minute miles. What!!! Yah, I ran just over five miles for an 8:56 pace/mile--never thought that was going to happen!
I was van assisting at God's Love yesterday so I had to be at work nice 'n early. Took the train in and then rain on the quiet streets (!!) of Manhattan for just under an hour. From God's Love to 45th street and back again, along Sixth Avenue. It was awesome.
Three tomorrow and 8 on Sunday. Can't wait!
