When I take a day off from exercise, its easy to get into a beat-up-self mode. Today was my day off but instead of the usual beating, I just let go of the day and lived in the moment, not worrying what I Tad an wasn't doing. I'm grateful for that
So tomorrow is a 3 milebrun and if course I am already freaking out about this Sunday's long run of 6. No matter, just stay in the present, just do your best.
