I'm going to run a marathon.
April 22, 2012 - that's the plan.
This is where I'll talk about training and all that goes with it. I think this is a way to hold myself accountable, too.
I'm in Week 1 of training, today was Day 3. So far it's been:
Monday: day 1: run 3 miles
Tuesday: day 2: yoga, one hour
Wednesday: day 3: run 4 miles
What's Coming Up:
Thursday: Thanksgiving
Friday: 3 mile run
Saturday: yoga?
Sunday: 5 mile run
Sounds like a good week to me! Let's see what happens.
